In recent years, Xinghe County of Ulanqab City in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been firmly seizing the geographical advantage of being only 240 kilometers away from Beijing, and the opportunity of high-speed railway, striving to build a cultural and ecological health resort.
Xinghe County is situated in the southeast of Ulanqab City, in the center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. On the north it is bounded by Shangdu County (Ulanqab City), on the east by Zhangjiakou City (Hebei Province), on the south by Datong City (Shanxi Province), and on the west with Jining City (the seat of Ulanqab City).

Jin Dengyong, chairman of Inner Mongolia Xingyong Carbon Co.,Ltd., began to plant trees out of his own pocket since 2006.
Inner Mongolia Xingyong Carbon Co.,Ltd., founded in 1986 and transformed from a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise at the end of 2001, is the largest comprehensive carbon enterprise in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China. The products are widely used in metallurgy, chemical, medical, aerospace, and other industries.
Over the past 13 years, Jin Dengyong invested over 1 billion yuan on planting trees.More than 70 species, 2.7 million trees have been planted.The environment of Xinghe County has been greatly improved.

Moreover, the transportation of Xinghe County is very convenient. The section of the Beijing-Urumqi Expressway in north China's Shanxi Province opened to traffic on April 23, marking the full operation of the expressway. The section in Shanxi starts from Tianzhen County in the city of Datong, where the expressway links the Hebei section of the G7 Expressway and ends at Xinghe County.
Relying on the good ecological environment and convenient transportation, Jin Dengyong invested in the construction of Xingyong Yinhe Bay International Cultural and Ecological Health Resort.
